三 | 数据显示，甲状腺癌、乳腺癌、急性心肌梗死、肝癌和脑出血分别为守护金申领量前五大重疾。 据了解，“健康家贝守护金”由贝壳联合创始人彭永东与单一刚于今年2月24日共同发起设立，保障对象为服务者本人，无需单独加入和交费，入职满6个月自动生效。2025年4月和2026年2月，两位联合创始人先后宣布捐赠1900万股，用于支持居住行业服务者及其家庭在医疗保障、子女教育等方面的需求，并设立该项目。
四 | “健康家贝守护金”包含三个子项目。“生命急护金”用于突发重疾确诊场景，一经确诊、资料齐全，可在2个工作日内快速申领到账2万元。该急护金不同于市面上传统保险的事后报销模式，定位于“生命救急”，第一时间为困境家庭送去及时保障。 另外两项为特殊情况提供保障兜底：完全丧失劳动能力或身故的员工及居住行业服务者可获得“家暖帮扶金”一次性10万元资助；有子女的受益人，还可根据子女在读学龄阶段，通过“子女教育金”获得2万至10万元不等的一次性教育支持，帮助家庭渡过难关。 根据报道，健康家贝守护金受益人群超过50万居住行业服务者，包括符合条件的品牌主、店东、经纪人、保洁员、维修员等。 “格林计划”则是贝壳2008年推出的项目，专门帮助贝壳服务者本人及其家庭成员提供疾病和意外保障支持，累计救助额上限200万，且与健康家贝守护金互不冲突、可叠加申请。
